Our Facilities
We strive to provide our boarders and guests with the best possible facilities, fastidiously maintained and upgraded with our “continuous improvement” practices. Complementing our professional-grade Indoor and Outdoor arenas and Round Pen, we provide uncrowded and lush turn-out and Field Board fields with automatic waterers and spacious run-ins. Pasture Management practices ensure we keep our fields healthy for outstanding foraging.
Our facilities are not just used by horses--Woodvale Farms has a vibrant community of boarders that gather to ride, train, socialize and learn. In our spacious Woodvale Lounge, we host monthly “First Friday” potluck dinners with fascinating speakers, great musicians, and group activities like sign-painting and making horse-head wreaths. We have regularly scheduled clinics and shows for Dressage and Eventing, as well. And don’t forget our popular yoga classes!
Outdoor Arena
We offer a 110’ x 220’ outdoor riding arena with all-weather footing and jumps.
Indoor Arena
Our 72’ x 200′ indoor arena with new GGT footing, an automatic, overhead watering system, 75 feet of mirrors, and daily maintenance with a professional-grade Drag-N-Fly Arena drag system is highly rated by professional equestrians and pleasure riders alike.

Barns
Our three boutique barns offer a cozy, small campus feeling with 12’ x 12’ stalls, professional grade shavings, new fans for Summer comfort, ample tack lockers, heated tack rooms, individual wash bays with hot water all managed by a devoted, professional staff that counts horse care and safety as their top priorities.
Grounds
Enjoy scenic vistas of the Catoctin Mountains on our 150 acres. Our boarders love hacking out along miles of fence line and pastures, along ponds and streams, and trail-riding through woods on our bridal path.
